On the same day George Robertson met the Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and the Prime Minister Victor Yushenko. The NATO Secretary General and the 19 member states' representatives arrived on the sitting of the Ukraine-NATO bilateral Committee. The first time in the NATO history, the sitting was conducted on the yerritory of the State-Partner, with the assistance of the NATO leadership and Southern-Atlantic Alliance member states.
