Injured opposition supporter

An injured man ,as a result of the collision of the oppoision's adherents and police employees, showing a middle finger (an insulting gesture) during the rally in Tbilisi (Georgia), on Wednesday, on May 6, 2009. Georgia has been facing protest actions for whole month. The opposition demands resignation of President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili. The collision of oppositionists with police employees took place this day near main department of patrol police. According to the words of eyewitnesses, employees of law-enforcement agencies used tracer bullets in order to calm down participants of the rally. Some people got injuries. Georgian doctors estimate the condition of some injured people as grave condition. According to data of some mass media, the reason of the collision was that one of the leaders of the opposition Georgiy Gachechiladze climbed over the fence of the yard of the police department.
